2021 saw us taking on our very first apprentice at ISD Cyber. The on-the-job learning combined with the Certificate IV in Cyber Security provides a structured learning and mentoring environment for both us and our apprentices, meaning we can provide hands-on experience to help our apprentices gain industry qualifications and hit the ground running in their career.
After working in commercial and administrative areas of business for the past 16 years, our apprentice decided on a career change to Cyber Security. Doing so, she sought out her traineeship through the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), TAFE, embarking on a Certificate IV in Cyber Security.
At ISD Cyber, apprentices earn and learn, working towards becoming a qualified Cyber Security Consultant, developing skills while contributing to company projects, and using new found talents immediately.
